Ad Pixel Interstitial

Use an ad pixel interstitial when a campaign link needs to load a reviewed browser-side pixel step before the visitor continues to the destination.

This is separate from Nimriz redirect analytics and separate from Nimriz website/dashboard cookie preferences. The interstitial is a customer-controlled campaign choice.

Requirements

• A workspace plan that includes the interstitial workflow.
• A reviewed pixel configuration from the destination platform.
• A clear disclosure, legal basis, and consent process where required for the campaign context.
• A review of the downstream advertising platform's terms and data handling requirements.
• A tested destination URL for the final redirect.

Setup Checklist

1. Create or choose the branded link for the campaign.
2. Confirm the pixel owner, destination platform, and campaign purpose.
3. Confirm the campaign notice, consent flow where required, and downstream vendor configuration.
4. Configure the interstitial settings in Nimriz.
5. Test the link from a non-production campaign context.
6. Confirm the downstream reporting view before sharing the link publicly.

Privacy Notes

The interstitial loads third-party browser scripts before redirect. Use it only when your campaign has the required disclosure, legal basis, consent where required, and downstream vendor review.

Do not place personal data, secrets, access tokens, or sensitive data in link destinations, short-link paths, UTM fields, custom query parameters, pixel settings, or conversion payloads unless you have an appropriate basis and understand downstream processing.

Nimriz does not store original IP addresses or complete User-Agent strings in redirect analytics and does not forward those values through the canonical server-side integration payload. Browser-side pixels loaded by an interstitial are controlled by the downstream platform and the customer campaign configuration.
