This Cookie Policy explains how Memorajo LTD, the company that operates Nimriz, uses cookies and similar technologies for the Nimriz website and dashboard.

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, and scripts) may also store or access information to support site functionality and measurement.

2) How we use cookies

  • Essential cookies for security and basic functionality (for example, sign-in/session handling).
  • Functional storage used only after you allow it, so Nimriz can remember preferences and measure app reliability.
  • Analytics cookies or similar browser storage used only after you allow analytics, so Nimriz can understand usage, improve the product, and load analytics tags through GTM.
  • Marketing cookies or similar browser storage used only after you allow marketing, so Nimriz can connect campaign context with HubSpot and first-party forms.

3) Amplitude analytics and related features

When you allow analytics cookies, Nimriz initializes Amplitude in the app codebase. Amplitude may use cookies or similar browser storage to support analytics identifiers such as device ID and session ID.

That same analytics-gated Amplitude setup may also enable related features such as Session Replay, Experiment, and Guides and Surveys, depending on the current product configuration.

Product analytics data sent to Amplitude is configured for Amplitude's EU residency environment.

4) Google Tag Manager (GTM) and HubSpot

When you allow analytics cookies, Nimriz may use Google Tag Manager (GTM) for analytics tags such as GA-style measurement. Nimriz sets Google consent defaults before GTM can load and updates those signals after you make a choice.

When you allow marketing cookies, Nimriz may also load HubSpot tracking on website and app pages. HubSpot may set or read cookies such as hubspotutk so contact, subscription, and signup context can be connected with CRM records after you submit a form or opt in.

5) Managing your preferences

These preferences apply to cookies and similar technologies on Nimriz website and dashboard surfaces. They do not disable core redirect analytics for customer links. Redirect analytics follow the workspace, organization, and link privacy settings described in the Privacy Policy.

Customer-configured ad-pixel interstitials may load third-party browser scripts before redirect. Those campaign pixels are controlled by the customer, not by Nimriz website cookie preferences. Customers are responsible for notices, legal basis, consent where required, and downstream vendor configuration.

Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer or Dashboard settings to accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose individual optional categories.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if you block all cookies.
