Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-01
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nimriz, including the website, dashboard, APIs, and redirect infrastructure (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Memorajo LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17242462 (“Memorajo”, “Nimriz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions can be sent to legal@nimriz.com.
1) Definitions
- “You” means the person or entity using the Service.
- “Links” means short URLs, destination URLs, QR codes, and related configuration created or managed through the Service.
- “Content” means destinations, metadata, and any materials you provide in connection with Links.
2) Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for your account, workspace credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means, interfere with normal operation, or probe or scan the Service’s security.
3) Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or promote Links that:
- enable phishing, malware, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices;
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- facilitate unauthorized access, exploitation, or abuse;
- harass, threaten, or incite violence;
- attempt to evade enforcement, blocking, or takedown mechanisms.
We may disable Links, restrict accounts, or remove access to the Service if we believe there is abuse, policy violation, legal risk, or harm to users.
4) Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on your chosen billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan.
Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund window for your initial subscription purchase. Subsequent renewals and other fees are non-refundable except where required by law. For full details on our refund practices, statutory rights, and cancellation procedures, please review our Refund Policy.
5) Links and third-party destinations
You are responsible for the destinations, branded domains, campaign purposes, pixels, conversion payloads, integrations, webhooks, exports, and other configurations you choose to use with the Service. The Service routes users to third-party websites; we do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or downstream vendors.
You must provide all notices and obtain all consents or other legal bases required for your use of the Service, including for visitors who click your links and for data you send to your downstream vendors, advertising platforms, analytics tools, automation tools, or conversion APIs.
You must not place personal data, secrets, access tokens, credentials, or sensitive data in destination URLs, short-link paths, UTM fields, custom query parameters, pixel settings, metadata, or conversion payloads unless you have an appropriate basis and understand how those values may be processed by Nimriz, destinations, and downstream vendors.
Destination validation, abuse detection, and safety controls may exist to protect users, but you should not rely on them as the sole means of compliance, consent management, vendor review, or security.
6) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information, including privacy-aware redirect analytics.
Nimriz is responsible for the platform safeguards it controls, including data minimization, security controls, privacy settings, subprocessors, and accurate descriptions of what the Service stores or forwards. You are responsible for the customer-controlled campaign context you configure, including destinations, disclosures, legal basis, consent where required, pixels, conversion payloads, integrations, and downstream vendors.
Where Nimriz processes customer-controlled link analytics, conversion events, exports, webhooks, or integration deliveries on your instructions, those activities may be governed by a DPA or other written data processing terms between you and Nimriz.
7) Service changes and availability
Nimriz is generally available for self-service signup. You do not need an invitation to create an account, though we may refuse, suspend, or close accounts for abuse, fraud, legal reasons, or policy violations.
We develop the Service actively. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, add or remove features, change limits and quotas, adjust analytics retention, update APIs, change pricing or plan packaging, and change the user interface. We aim for reliability and will try to communicate material changes where practical, but you should expect ongoing iteration.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not provide a service-level agreement (SLA) unless we explicitly agree to one in writing.
8) Beta and experimental features
Individual features or surfaces may be labeled in-product as beta, preview, or experimental. We may change, suspend, or remove them at any time. They may be less stable or complete than the rest of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, beta, preview, and experimental features are provided without warranties of any kind beyond those already disclaimed for the Service as a whole.
9) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (in whole or part) immediately if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use poses risk or harm, or if required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your workspace data or personal profile directly within your dashboard settings, or by contacting legal@nimriz.com.
10) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
