Airtable event export

Upsert mapped events into a customer-owned Airtable table.

Upsert mapped Nimriz events into a table in a customer-owned Airtable base.

Availability: Airtable is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. You must successfully test your own base, table, mapping, and managed connection before enabling the destination.

Requirements

  • A Professional plan or higher.
  • Permission to authorize the Nimriz Airtable connection for the selected base.
  • An existing table and text field named Nimriz Delivery ID, or the alternate field name configured in Nimriz.

Connect Airtable

  1. Choose Airtable, then enter the base ID, table ID, and delivery-ID field.
  2. Save the disabled destination and select Connect provider.
  3. Authorize Nimriz to read the base schema and read or write records in the selected base.
  4. Map canonical fields to existing Airtable field names.
  5. Send a test. The test creates or updates a real sample record.
  6. Enable the destination after managed authorization is healthy and the current schema and write test pass.

Nimriz uses managed OAuth and does not ask for your personal access token. It uses performUpsert in complete batches of at most ten and merges on the delivery ID. Retrying a delivery therefore updates the same record. Airtable fields are never created or changed automatically.
