Pipedrive conversion activities

Create completed Pipedrive activities for identified Nimriz conversions.

Availability: Pipedrive is in beta. You must successfully test your own token, company, and Person matching configuration before enabling the destination.

Requirements

• A Professional plan or higher.
• A Pipedrive API token.
• A Person custom field containing your customer ID.

Connect Pipedrive

1. Record the company subdomain and Person custom-field key.
2. Choose Pipedrive in the destination catalog and enter the token, company domain, and field key.
3. Save the disabled destination and enter a sample customer ID.
4. Send a test. Nimriz requires exactly one Person match and creates a real completed task activity.
5. Enable the destination after the test succeeds.

Nimriz never creates or edits a Person or Lead. A missing or ambiguous match fails safely. An ambiguous post-create timeout is reported as an uncertain delivery and is not retried automatically. Check Pipedrive before manually replaying it. Delivery health stores the returned activity ID when available.
