Troubleshooting
Fix missing access, empty reports, missing conversion attribution, and export issues.
Missing Partners access
If you do not see Partners in the dashboard:
- Confirm the workspace is on Professional or Enterprise.
- Confirm partner setup access is enabled for the workspace.
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace.
- Ask a workspace admin or Nimriz support to confirm access.
Cannot create programs or partners
Program and partner management requires admin permissions and partner setup access.
Members can assign partners to links when setup is available, but they cannot manage programs or partner records.
Partner missing from the link builder
Check that the partner is active.
If the partner has a primary program, check that the program is active. Paused or archived records are retained for reporting, but they are hidden from new assignment by default.
Empty traffic reports
Partner traffic reports only include clicks that happened after a partner was assigned to a link.
Check:
- Date range.
- Domain filter.
- Partner and program filters.
- Bot filter.
- Whether the link has received traffic since assignment.
- Whether the link still has the expected partner assignment.
Missing conversion attribution
Check that:
- The click happened after partner assignment.
- Conversion tracking was enabled for the link.
- Your destination captured the Nimriz click token.
- Your server sent a signed conversion event.
- The event time is inside the attribution window.
- The report date range includes the conversion time.
If Nimriz could not safely append the click token to the destination URL, conversion attribution may not be available for that click.
Export issues
Partner exports require partner export access, partner conversion reporting access, and an allowed export role.
If an export is empty, confirm the filtered date range contains partner-attributed conversion rows.
