Availability and access

Understand Professional and Enterprise availability, workspace access areas, and role permissions.

Availability

Nimriz Partners is included on eligible Professional and Enterprise plans and may require workspace access to be enabled.

Starter, Plus, and Growth do not include the Partners suite. If a workspace moves to Professional or Enterprise, a workspace admin can request access from the Partners page (Request access).

Access controls

The suite has four workspace access areas:

  • Partner setup: programs, partner records, tags, notes, and partner link assignment.
  • Partner reporting: partner traffic reports.
  • Partner conversion reporting: partner-attributed outcome reports.
  • Partner exports: commission-ready CSV exports.

Roles

Workspace admins can create and manage partner programs and partner records when partner setup is available.

Admins and members can assign partners to links when partner setup is available.

Users who can view reporting can view partner traffic and conversion reports when the matching workspace access is available.

Admins and members can request partner exports when export access is available.

What to check when access is missing

If you do not see Partners, check these items in order:

  1. Confirm the workspace is on Professional or Enterprise.
  2. If you see an access request screen, ask a workspace admin to request access.
  3. Confirm the relevant Partners access area is enabled for the workspace.
  4. Confirm your workspace role allows the action you are trying to take.
  5. Ask Nimriz support to confirm access if the plan, workspace access, and role look correct.
