Partner records
Manage partner identity, lifecycle, relationship status, contact metadata, tags, notes, and primary programs.
What partner records are
A partner record represents one affiliate, referral source, creator, ambassador, agency partner, channel partner, reseller, or B2B partner relationship you want to attribute through Nimriz links.
Partner records are the source of partner identity for setup, assignment, reporting filters, detail pages, and exports.
Partner fields
Partner records can include:
- Display name and stable key.
- Lifecycle status.
- Relationship status.
- Primary program, when applicable.
- Optional contact name and contact email.
- Optional external ID.
- Optional invite metadata.
- Internal tags.
- Internal notes.
Contact fields, tags, and notes are workspace metadata. They are not partner-facing portal content.
Lifecycle status
Partner lifecycle status controls assignment availability:
| State | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Active | Available for setup flows, new assignments, reports, and exports. |
| Paused | Retained for reports and exports, hidden from new assignment by default. |
| Archived | Hidden from default setup lists and retained for historical explainability. |
Relationship status
Relationship status tracks the operating relationship:
| State | Use |
|---|---|
| Approved | Normal operating relationship. |
| Invited | Outreach or invitation has been recorded. |
| Declined | Partner declined or was not accepted. |
| Banned | Partner should be excluded from relationship workflows. |
| Deactivated | Relationship is no longer active, while history remains explainable. |
Relationship status can affect review posture for exports and estimates. It does not rewrite clicks, conversions, or historical reports.
Tags and notes
Use tags to group partners for operator workflows. Use notes to record internal context.
Tags and notes do not become attribution truth. Partner and program records, link assignments, and click-time snapshots remain the attribution model.
