Partner programs
Create programs with identity, destination, support, terms, application, metadata, and reconciliation context.
What programs are
A partner program groups partners for setup, reporting, support context, and export review.
Programs can represent affiliate programs, referral programs, creator campaigns, ambassador programs, agency partners, channel partners, co-marketing motions, or B2B partner attribution workflows.
Program fields
Program records can include:
- Name and stable key.
- Optional public label.
- Optional default destination URL.
- Optional support email.
- Optional terms URL.
- Optional help URL.
- Optional external application URL.
- Optional UTM and custom query defaults for partner links.
- Optional reward-term metadata for external reconciliation.
Lifecycle
Programs can be active, paused, or archived.
Active programs can be used for new partner and link workflows. Paused or archived programs remain available for historical reporting and exports, but they are hidden from new assignment by default.
Support and terms context
Use support email, help URL, and terms URL to keep operator context close to the program.
Nimriz stores these fields for your team. It does not host partner portals, hosted application forms, tax forms, invoices, or payout operations.
Default destination and link metadata
The default destination can speed up partner link creation when a program sends traffic to a standard page.
UTM and custom query defaults are copied onto a link when you apply them. Future program edits do not rewrite existing links or historical reports.
Reward-term metadata
Reward-term metadata can describe how your team expects to review partner outcomes outside Nimriz.
It is for reconciliation context only. It does not approve commissions, calculate final payable amounts, create a ledger, move money, collect tax forms, or generate invoices.
