Hosted QR pages

Create structured hosted QR pages for business profiles, menus, coupons, ratings, feedback, social hubs, and app-store routing.

Hosted QR pages

Hosted QR pages are structured, mobile-first pages that open when someone scans your QR code or taps your short link. Instead of jumping straight to another website, the QR opens a Nimriz-hosted page you control. You can update the page content anytime without reprinting the QR, because the QR always points to your branded short link.

Hosted QR pages are not a freeform website builder. Each page type has a focused set of fields, so you can launch quickly and keep the result clean on a phone.

Page types

  • Business profile. Show your business name, hours, contact details, map link, a primary action, and social links. Turn on an optional "open now" badge based on your hours.
  • Restaurant menu. Build menu sections and items with prices, dietary tags, availability, and featured dishes. Update the menu anytime without changing the QR.
  • Coupon or offer. Share a redeemable offer with an expiry, an optional redemption limit, and either one shared code or a set of single-use codes. You can see a history of redemptions.
  • Rating. Ask for a star rating. Happy customers can be sent to your public review link, while lower ratings can leave private feedback for you.
  • Feedback. Collect private feedback with optional topics and an optional contact field. Submissions stay in your workspace.
  • Social hub. A simple profile with a stack of channel links and social icons.
  • App store routing. One QR that sends people to the right place: the iOS App Store, the Google Play Store, or a fallback web link, based on their device.

Create a hosted QR page

  1. Open QR Codes → Hosted QR Pages and choose Create hosted QR page.
  2. Pick a page type and choose the branded domain for its short link.
  3. Fill in the structured fields and pick a theme.
  4. Use the live preview to check how it looks on a phone.
  5. Publish when you are ready, or Save draft to finish later.

Your QR code and short link are created for you. Because editing the page never changes the short link, you can keep improving the page after the QR is printed or shared.

Coupons and redemptions

Coupons are built for real redemptions, not scan counts.

  • Use a shared code for a single code everyone sees, or single-use codes to generate a set of one-time codes.
  • Set an expiry and an optional redemption limit.
  • Keep one redemption per visitor enabled to reduce casual reuse.

Redemption limits help reduce casual reuse. They are not a guarantee against every misuse.

Ratings and feedback

Ratings and feedback are yours and stay in your workspace.

  • For ratings, set the score that counts as a happy customer and add your public review link. Lower ratings can leave private feedback instead.
  • For feedback, add optional topics and decide whether to collect a name and email. When you collect contact details, add clear consent text.

Nimriz does not post to external review sites for you, and it does not add these submissions to any third-party marketing tool.

Privacy

Hosted QR pages follow the same privacy posture as the rest of Nimriz. Page activity is recorded with privacy-safe events, and any abuse signals are stored as non-reversible values. Raw IP addresses and full device strings are never stored.
