Use the QR Codes area to manage saved QR assets, static QR codes, QR pages, Retail & GS1, and QR exports.

QR Codes in your dashboard

The QR Codes area brings your QR work into one place. Open it from QR Codes in the dashboard sidebar.

Use it as the home for saved QR assets, Static QR codes, QR Pages, Retail & GS1 workflows, and QR export history. Link-backed QR images still start from Links, QR presets live in Library, and QR scan reporting lives in AnalyticsQR Performance.

  • All: review saved QR assets in the workspace, search, filter, use folders, and jump to recent exports.
  • Static QR: create, save, organize, import, export, and download fixed QR codes.
  • QR Pages: create structured hosted pages, then manage published page records from Pages.
  • Retail & GS1: create product-backed GS1 Digital Link QR and GS1 DataMatrix assets on Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • Exports: review QR ZIP jobs and download completed asset archives.

Choose the right QR workflow

  • Static QR encodes fixed content directly in the QR image. Use it for simple utility codes where the content will not need to change after printing.
  • Link QR is the QR image attached to a Nimriz short link. Use it when you need an editable destination, routing, password protection, expiry, or scan analytics.
  • QR Pages are structured hosted pages reached through a Nimriz link or QR code. Use them when you want an editable page behind printed materials.
  • Retail & GS1 is for product-backed packaging workflows that need GS1 Digital Link validation, resolver rules, QR or DataMatrix assets, and validation reports.

Pick the workflow by what the scan should open - not by where the code will be printed.

Organization and exports

QR-specific folders help organize saved Static QR records by campaign, project, location, or handoff. Deleting a folder keeps the saved codes and removes only the folder assignment.

The Exports area tracks QR ZIP jobs from link QR downloads, saved Static QR bulk exports, and Retail & GS1 generated asset exports. Static and Retail & GS1 exports include a manifest.json; the detailed manifest contract lives in Exports.

Plan availability

The QR Codes area is available on every plan. Saved Static QR limits, QR folder limits, styled QR presets, QR scan analytics, bulk QR downloads, QR Pages, Retail & GS1, and QR API access follow their own plan availability.
