Without a dedicated link workflow

  • Configuration, reporting, and follow-up work can spread across multiple tools.
  • Teams rely on manual notes or separate dashboards to explain what happened.
  • Changing campaign behavior often requires recreating or replacing links.

With Static QR codes

  • The capability stays attached to the same branded short-link record.
  • Operational details are easier to review alongside analytics and related links.
  • Teams can keep the public URL stable while improving how the link behaves behind it.

Use this page to evaluate the workflow, then follow the related docs or pricing path when you need implementation detail.

What you get
  • Generate fixed QR codes for URLs, WiFi, vCard, MeCard, WhatsApp, email, phone, SMS, plain text, calendar events, and locations.
  • Save validated Static QR records in your workspace, organize them with QR folders, and reuse design settings for consistent print assets.
  • Import supported utility types from CSV and bulk-export selected saved codes as a ZIP with a manifest.

Available now

The QR Codes area is available on every plan. Saved Static QR limits, QR folders, imports, exports, and API access vary by plan.

How it works

1

Choose a fixed payload type

Use Static QR when the encoded content is stable and does not need Nimriz redirect analytics or destination edits after printing.

2

Preview, save, and organize

Validate fields, review the live QR preview, choose a design, name the asset, and place it in a QR folder when the code belongs in your workspace library.

3

Test and export

Scan-test the downloaded PNG or SVG before print. For larger batches, use CSV import and selected-code ZIP exports with manifest details.

Everything included

Public and signed-in workflows

Anonymous visitors can use public generator pages for quick utility codes. Signed-in teams can save and manage validated Static QR records in the dashboard.

Private payload warning

Saved Static QR records store validated payload fields in the workspace, so WiFi, contact, message, and private text payloads should be reviewed before saving or sharing.

Static boundary

Static QR scans resolve directly to encoded content. They are not editable after print and do not produce Nimriz scan analytics unless the encoded content is a Nimriz managed link.

When Static QR is the right choice

Use Static QR for fixed utility needs where the value is fast generation, simple printing, and no future routing dependency.

WiFi sign
Encode network details for a reception desk or guest area.
Contact card
Share a fixed vCard or MeCard for a team member or booth contact.
Location pin
Print a code that opens a fixed map location for visitors.
Boundary
Use Dynamic QR instead when the destination may change or scans need reporting.

What Static QR keeps simple

  • The payload lives in the QR image, which makes the code independent from Nimriz redirect infrastructure after download.
  • The saved library gives teams workspace organization without changing the static nature of the generated QR asset.
  • CSV import and ZIP export help teams prepare batches of simple QR assets without turning static codes into tracked links.
  • Clear static versus dynamic guidance helps teams avoid printing fixed codes for campaigns that need edits or analytics.
