Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to your purchases and subscriptions with Nimriz ("Nimriz", "we", "us"). If you have any questions or concerns about billing, please contact our support team at support@nimriz.com.
1) General Rule
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your initial subscription purchase. If you cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase, we will issue a full refund.
After the initial 14-day window, or for subsequent subscription renewals, all fees and charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
2) Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the paid features of the Service until the end of your current paid term. After that, your account will revert to the applicable Free plan limitations, and any excess links or domains may be disabled.
3) Statutory Rights
Depending on where you reside, consumer protection laws may provide you with mandatory, non-waivable statutory rights (such as the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal).
We apply this 14-day withdrawal period globally as our default policy for initial subscriptions (see Section 1). Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights granted by your local laws.
4) Billing Errors and Discretionary Refunds
We may grant refunds at our sole discretion in specific cases, such as:
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or charged for a subscription you did not authorize, we will investigate and issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Material Service Defects: If you experience persistent technical issues or a material defect that prevents you from using the core features of the Service, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
We review these requests on a case-by-case basis. Granting a discretionary refund in one instance does not obligate us to grant refunds in the future.
5) Abuse
Refunds will not be issued if we determine there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
